INDIVIDUAL SPEAKERS WILL BE LIMITED TO 5 MINUTES UNLESS OTHERWISE WAIVED BY
THE HEARING EXAMINER. PERSONS WISHING TO HAVE WRITTEN OR GRAPHIC
MATERIALS INCLUDED IN THE HEARING REPORT PACKETS MUST HAVE THAT MATERIAL
SUBMITTED TO COUNTY STAFF 10 DAYS PRIOR TO THE HEARING. ALL MATERIALS USED

Several years ago my previous next door neighbor abandoned the
property. It fell into total disrepair. The yard was a jungle, the house was a
ruined, and it had become a place for occasional mischievous behavior.
My current neighbor, William Winn, acquired the property and has done a
masterful rehabilitation of the house and yard, much of it with his own two
hands. If he needs a few feet of variance to continue to enhance the
property, we fully support him.
We have no objection to this request for variance.
