Office and all other parties except the BCC Chairman and the Clerk to the Board
5. The Chairman's signature line date has been entered as the date of BCC approval of the LM
document or the final negotiated contract date whichever is applicable.
6. "Sign here"tabs are placed on the appropriate pages indicating where the Chairman's LM
signature and initials are required.
7. In most cases(some contracts are an exception),the original document and this routing slip LM
should be provided to the County Attorney Office at the time the item is input into SIRE.
Some documents are time sensitive and require forwarding to Tallahassee within a certain
time frame or the BCC's actions are nullified. Be aware of your deadlines!
8. The document was approved by the BCC on 01-14-2020 and all changes made /- n
during the meeting have been incorporated in the attached document. The County
Attorney's Office has reviewed the changes,if applicable.
9. Initials of attorney verifying that the attached document is the version approved by the

RESOLUTION NO. 20- 03
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY,
FLORIDA AUTHORIZING FINAL
ACCEPTANCE OF CERTAIN ROADWAY AND
DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS IN BRANDON,
ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF
RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 56, PAGES 75
THROUGH 79, AND BRANDON REPLAT
ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF
RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 59, PAGES 23
THROUGH 24, AND RELEASE OF THE
MAINTENANCE SECURITIES.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County, Florida, on
May 13, 2014, approved the plat of Brandon for recording; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County, Florida, on
May 23, 2015, approved the plat of Brandon Replat for recording; and
WHEREAS, the Developer has constructed and maintained the roadway and
drainage improvements in accordance with the approved plans and specifications as
required by the Land Development Code (Collier County Ordinance No. 04-41, as
amended); and
WHEREAS, the Developer is requesting final acceptance of the roadway and
drainage improvements and release of the maintenance security; and
WHEREAS, the Development Review Division has inspected the roadway and
drainage improvements, and is recommending acceptance of said facilities.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that final acceptance is hereby
granted for those roadway and drainage improvements in Brandon and Brandon Replat,
pursuant to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 56, pages 75 through 79, and Plat Book
59, pages 23 through 24, the Clerk is hereby authorized to release the maintenance
securities.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED AND ORDERED that the roadway and drainage
improvements within Brandon and Brandon Replat will be maintained privately in the
future and will not be the responsibility of Collier County.
