Resolution 2020-001 RESOLUTION NO. 20-01
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY,
FLORIDA AUTHORIZING FINAL
ACCEPTANCE OF CERTAIN ROADWAY AND
DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS IN A PORTION
OF THE RIGHT-OF-WAY KNOWN AS LOGAN
BOULEVARD NORTH, ACCORDING TO THE
WARRANTY DEED RECORDED IN OR BOOK
4856, PAGES 2763 THROUGH 2767, AND
ACCEPTANCE OF THE MAINTENANCE
OBLIGATIONS.
WHEREAS, on July 2, 2012, the developers of Parklands — Plat One entered into
a Developer Agreement with Collier County in the joint interest of constructing a portion
of Logan Boulevard North as recorded in OR Book 4822, Page 3566; and
WHEREAS, this portion of right-of-way was conveyed to the County via
Warranty Deed, as recorded in OR Book 4856, pages 2763 through 2767; and
WHEREAS, the Growth Management Department on April 10, 2017, granted
preliminary acceptance of the improvements within the subject portion of the Logan
Boulevard North right-of-way; and
WHEREAS, the Collier County Transportation Services Division has constructed
and maintained the roadway and drainage improvements in accordance with the approved
plans and specifications as required by the Land Development Code (Collier County
Ordinance No. 04-41, as amended); and
WHEREAS, a Landscape Maintenance Agreement between the Stonecreek
Property Owners Association and Collier County, for the installation and maintenance of
landscape and irrigation improvements within the County right-of-way, will be approved
as a companion item; and
WHEREAS, Collier County is requesting final acceptance of this portion of the
roadway and drainage improvements; and
WHEREAS, the Growth Management Department has inspected the roadway and
drainage improvements, and is recommending acceptance of said facilities.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that final acceptance is hereby
granted for those roadway and drainage improvements in that portion of the Logan

Boulevard North right-of-way, adjacent to the Stonecreek Community, approximately 1.5
miles in length of two-lane divided roadway, together with a 10' multi-use pathway.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED AND ORDERED that the roadway and drainage
improvements, within that portion of the Logan Boulevard North right-of-way, adjacent
to the Stonecreek Community, will be maintained by Collier County.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority vote favoring same,
