RESOLUTION NO. 2000-181
RESOLUTION APPOINTING CHARLES D. DUGAN, JR. TO
THE HISTORIC/ARCHAEOLOGICAL PRESERVATION BOARD
WHEREAS. Collier County Ordinance No. 91-70 created the Historic/Archaeological
Preservation Board and provides that the County Commission shall appoint seven (7) members to
the HistoricaV Archaeological Preservation Board; and
WHEREAS. there is currently a vacancy on this Board for the Real Estate. Land
Development or Finance category; and
WHEREAS. the Board of County Commissioners previously provided public notice
soliciting applications from interested parties; and
WHEREAS, the HistoricaVArchaeological Preservation Board has submitted to the Board of
County Commissioners its recommendation for appointment to their board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that Charles D. Dugan, Jr.,
representing the category of Land Development, is hereby appointed to the
Historic/Archaeological Preservation Board to fulfill the remainder of the vacant term, said term
to expire on October 1, 2002.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority vote.
