We want the elevation of the county lake on the NW corner of cope In to be kept at an elevation below our NW ditch so it will drain OUR North ditch in perpetuity, We the residents also want the WEIR on the SE side of Cope Ln to be kept below the elevation of our NE ditch which exits Cope Ln to the East so this ditch will Drain in perpetuity to the South. We also want the WEIRS South of Crews Rd on the Santa Barbara Canal to be kept at an elevation to allow our south side of our residences on Cope Ln to properly flow to the SW in perpetuity as it has since our residences were permitted and built.
