2006, by COLLIER COUNTY, A POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF
FLORIDA, whose post office address is 3301 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida
34112, hereinafter referred to as "Grantor", to the BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS THE GOVERNING BODY
OF COLLIER COUNTY AND AS EX-OFFICIO THE GOVERNING BOARD OF THE
COLLIER COUNTY WATER-SEWER DISTRICT, whose post office address is 3301
East Tamiami Trail, Naples, Florida 34112, its successors and assigns, hereinafter
referred to as "Grantee".
WIT N E SSE T H:
Grantor, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable
consideration paid by the Grantee, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby
acknowledged, hereby conveys, grants, bargains and sells unto the Grantee, its
successors and assigns, a perpetual, non-exclusive easement, license, and privilege for
utility purposes, and access, on the following described lands located in Collier County,
Florida, to wit:
See attached Exhibit "A" which is
incorporated herein by reference.
Subject to easements, restrictions, and reservations of record.
THIS IS NOT HOMESTEAD PROPERTY.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the Grantee together with the right to
enter upon said land, excavate, and place or remove materials, including, but not
limited to, water and sewer lines and pipes, service and pump stations, well pumps
telemetry and other equipment or improvements appurtenant thereto or thereunder for
the purpose of constructing, operating, and maintaining utility facilities thereon. The
easement granted herein shall constitute easements running with the land and shall
burden the lands described above.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantor has caused these presents to be
executed the date and year first above written.

A parcel of land situated in the State of Florida, County of Collier, Section 30, Township 49
South, Range 26 East, being a part of Tract 5, Golden Gate Estates, Unit No. 29, as recorded in
Plat Book 7 at Page 57 of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, and further described
as follows:
Commencing at the intersection of the West line of said Section 30 with the South line of said
Tract 5, Golden Gate Estates; thence N89030'50"E along the South line of said Tract 5 for 40.02
to an intersection with the Easterly right-of-way line of Livingston Road (County Road 881), as
indicated on the right-of-way acquisition maps thereof, said point lying on a curve concave to
the east having a radius of 3855.88 feet and to which point a radial line bears 889027'40.1 'W;
thence Northerly along said curve and said Easterly right-of-way line through a central angle of
00010'07" for 11.34 feet (chord bearing NOo027'17'W) to a point of tangency at station 156 +
53.89 according to said right-of-way acquisition maps; thence NOo022'13'W along said easterly
right-of-way line for 18.35 feet; thence N09042'48"E along the easterly line of a right-of-way
taking for Livingston Road for 40.94 feet to the Point of Beqinnino; thence continue N09042'48"E
along said right-of-way line for 40.82 feet; thence NOo054'33"W along said right-of-way line for
39.81 feet; thence N89037'47"E, departing said right-of-way line for 50.06 feet; thence
800022'13"E for 80.00 feet; thence S89037'47'W for 56.83 feet to the Point of Beoinnino.
