RESOLUTION NO. 2000- -1..1.5..-
PETITION VAC 99-021 TO VACATE A PORTION OF THE PLATTED IS'
WIDE DRAINAGE EASEMENT ON LOT 13, "TIERRA LAGO" , AS
RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 24, PAGES 20 THROUGH 21, PUBLIC
RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY. LOCATED IN SECTION 5,
TOWNSHIP 49 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 177.101, Florida Statutes, Tom Masters, P.E., of the Vineyards
Development Corporation, does hereby request the vacation of a portion of the platted IS' wide Drainage
Easement on Lot 13, "Tierra Lago" as recorded in Plat Book 24, Pages 20 through 21, Public Records of
Collier County, located in Section 5, Township 49 South, Range 26 East; and
WHEREAS, the Board has this day held a public hearing to consider vacating a portion of said
Drainage Easement as more fully described below, and notice of said public hearing to vacate was given as
required by law; and
WHEREAS, the granting of the vacation will not adversely affect the ownership or right of convenient
access of other property owners.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TIlE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the following be and is hereby vacated:
See Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk to the Board is hereby directed to record a certified
copy of this Resolution in the Official Records of Collier County, Florida, and to make proper notation of this
vacation on the recorded plat as referenced above.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority vote favoring same.

AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 24, PAGES 20 AND 21 INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS
OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, BEING DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS;
COMMENCING AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 13 OF TIERRA LAGO, RUN
NORTH 14001'38" WEST ALONG THE WESTERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 13, A DISTANCE OF 17.33
FEET TO A POINT OF INTERSECTION WITH THE NORTHERLY LINE OF A PLATTED 15 FOOT
WIDE DRAINAGE EASEMENT; THENCE ALONG SAID NORTHERLY LINE SOUTH 73057'21"
EAST, 48.01 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING;
THENCE CONTINUE ALONG SAID NORTHERLY LINE SOUTH 73057'21" EAST, 15.28 FEET;
