should be provided to the County Attorney Office at the time the item is input into SIRE.
Some documents are time sensitive and require forwarding to Tallahassee within a certain
time frame or the BCC's actions are nullified. Be aware of your deadlines!

RESOLUTION NO. 2019 - 1 77
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, APPOINTING THOMAS
IANDIMARINO TO THE LAND ACQUISITION ADVISORY
COMMITTEE.
WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 2002-63, as amended, established the Land
Acquisition Advisory Committee to assist the Board of County Commissioners in establishing an
"Active Properties Acquisition List" with qualified purchase recommendations consistent with
the goals of Conservation Collier; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 2002-63, as amended, provides that this Advisory
Committee shall consist of nine members representing the broad and balanced interests of Collier
County Citizens as set forth in the Ordinance; and
WHEREAS, there are currently two vacant seats on this Advisory Committee; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners previously provided public notice
soliciting applications from interested parties; and
WHEREAS, the Land Acquisition Advisory Committee has provided the Board of
County Commissioners with its recommendation for appointment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that THOMAS IANDIMARINO,
representing ecology/conservation/land management/educational interests, is hereby appointed to
the Land Acquisition Advisory Committee, to serve a term which will expire on February 11,
2023.
THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED upon majority vote on the 24th day of September, 2019.
