RENOUNCE AND VACATE THE COUNIY'S AND THE PUBLIC'S INTEREST
IN THE 10' WIDE EASEMENT LOCATED ALONG THE LOT LINE COMMON
TO LOTS 5 AND 6, BLOCK I, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT OF "NAPLES
MANOR LAKES" AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 86 nIROUGH 81,
PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA. LOCATED IN
SECTION 29, TOWNSHIP 50 sourn, RANGE 26 EAST.

WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 111.101, Florida Statutes, Greg Jeppesen, P.E., of Jeppesen
Engineering Corp., as agent for the petitioners, Michael G. laconelli and Joan laconelli, does hereby request
the vacation of the 10' wide Easement along the lot line common to Lots 5 and 6, Block 1, as depicted on
the plat of ''Naples Manor Lakes" as recorded in Plat Book 3, Pages 86 through 81, Public Records of
Collier County, Florida, located in Section 29, Township 50 South, Range 26 East; and
WHEREAS, on the plat the easement is shown as being 10' wide but it is not labeled as to what
type of easement it is and it is not clear whether it is for drainage or utility purposes. or both; and
WHEREAS, the Board has this day held a public hearing to consider vacating said 10' wide
Easement along the lot line common to Lots 5 and 6, Block I, "Naples Manor Lakes", as more fully
described below, and notice of said public hearing to vacate was given as required by law; and
WHEREAS, the granting of the vacation will not adversely affect the ownership or right of
convenient access of other property owners.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY nIE BOARD OF COUNIY COMMISSIONERS OF
COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the County's interest in the following described easement be and is
hereby disclaimed, renounced, and vacated:
See Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk to the Board is hereby directed to record a certified
copy of this Resolution in the Official Records of Collier County, Florida, and to make proper notation of
this vacation on the recorded plat as referenced above.
