Lisa,
Having checked with Dottie Joiner, please know that the City of Everglades City is providing the refreshments for the
National Day of Prayer. And so, whether you'd like to provide the $10.00 check to an area church or make it out to the City
would be up to Commissioner Coletta.
Thanks so much for your help!

Lisa,
Even though the event is free to the public, Commissioner Coletta is required to make payment on what the cost would be
if you were to charge. Hope that makes sense. If you could please provide me with that information, it would be greatly
appreciated as well as to whom a check can be made payable.
Thanks again,
Lisa Resnick

Commissioner Coletta - How delightfull Thanks so much for getting back to us.
We are planning a free-to-the-public luncheon that will consist of coid cuts & salads & ice tea & coffee. As we are not
charging the public for this lunch, I don't know how that would fit into your no-gift policy?
We look forward to seeing you at noon on May 1" here at City Hall in Everglades City as we once again celebrate the
National Day of Prayer.
