RESOLUTION NO. 2009-110

A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TO APPOINT MEMBERS TO
THE COLLIER COUNTY CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD.
WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 2007-44, which established the Collier County
Code Enforcement Boards, provides that the Boards shall consist of seven regular members and
two alternate members; and
WHEREAS, there are currently vacancies on this Board; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners previously provided public notice
soliciting applications from interested parties.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that:
1. Nicholas Pierre Hemes, representing the law enforcement category, is hereby appointed
to the Collier County Code Enforcement Board to fulfill the remainder of the vacant term, said
term to expire on February 14,2011.
2. James E. Lavinski, representing property management and formerly serving as alternate,
is hereby appointed as a regular member to the Collier County Code Enforcement Board to fulfill
the remainder of the vacant term, said term to expire on February 14,2012.
3, Herminio Ortega, representing the category of alternate, is hereby appointed to the
Collier County Code Enforcement Board to fulfill the remainder of the vacant term, said term to
expire on February 14,2010.
