Original document has been signed/initialed for legal sufficiency. (All documents to be
signed by the Chainnan, with the exception of most letters, must be reviewed and signed
by the Office ofthe County Attorney. This includes signature pages from ordinances,
resolutions, etc. signed hy the County Attorney's Office and signature pages from
contracts, agreements, etc. that have been fully executed by all parties except the BCC
Chairman and Clerk to the Board and ossibl State Officials.)
All handwritten strike-through and revisions have been initialed by the County Attorney's
Office and all other arties exce t the BCC Chairman and the Clerk to the Board
The Chainnan's signature line date has heen entered as the date ofBCC approval of the
document or the final ne otiated contract date whichever is a licable.
"Sign here" tabs are placed on the appropriate pages indicating where the Chairman's

In most cases (some contracts are an exception), the original document and this routing slip
should be provided to Ian Mitchell in the BCC office within 24 hours ofBCC approval.
Some documents are time sensitive and require forwarding to Tallahassee within a certain
time frame or the BCC's actions are nullified. Be a ar of our deadlines!

A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY,
FLORIDA AUTHORIZING FINAL
ACCEPTANCE OF CERTAIN ROADWAY AND
DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS IN MEDITERRA
PARCEL 107, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT
THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 35,
PAGES 75 THROUGH 80; RELEASE OF THE
MAINTENANCE SECURITY; AND
ACCEPTANCE OF THE MAINTENANCE
RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE ROADWAY AND
DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS THAT ARE NOT
REQUIRED TO BE MAINTAINED BY THE
MEDICI AT MEDITERRA NEIGHBORHOOD
ASSOCIATION
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County, Florida, on
November 28, 2000 approved the plat of Mediterra Parcell 07 for recording; and
WHEREAS, the Developer has constructed and maintained the roadway and
drainage improvements in accordance with the approved plans and specifications as
required by the Land Development Code (Collier County Ordinance No. 04-41, as
amended); and
WHEREAS, the Developer is requesting final acceptance of the roadway and
drainage improvements and release of his maintenance security; and
WHEREAS, the Engineering and Environmental Services Department has
inspected the roadway and drainage improvements, and is recommending acceptance of
said facilities.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORlDA, that final acceptance is hereby
granted for those roadway and drainage improvements in Mediterra Parcel 107, pursuant
to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 35, pages 75 through 80, and the Clerk is hereby
authorized to release the maintenance security.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED AND ORDERED that the County accept the
future maintenance and other attendant costs for those roadway and drainage
improvements that are not required to be maintained by the Medici at Mediterra
Neighborhood Association.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority vote favoring same,
