RESOLUTION NO. 2002-~7
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS PROVIDING FOR THE
ASSESSMENT OF LIEN FOR THE COST OF THE
ABATEMENT OF PUBLIC NUISANCE, IN
ACCORDANCE WITH ORDINANCE No, 99-51,
AS SUCCESSOR TO ORDINANCE No, 91-47, AS
AMENDED
WHEREAS, as provided in Ordinance No. 99-51. as successor to Ordinance No. 91-47. as
amended, the direct costs of abatement of certain nuisances, including prescribed administrative cost incurred
by the County, shall be assessed against such property; and
WHEREAS, the cost thereof to the County as to each parcel shall be calculated and reported to
the Board of County Commissioners, together with a description of said parcel; and
WHEREAS, such assessment shall be a legal, valid and binding obligation upon the property
against which made until paid; and
WHEREAS. the assessment shall become due and payable no later than twenty (20) days of the
date of the Legal Notice of Assessment and interest shall accrue on the unpaid balance beginning on the date
this Resolution is recorded at the rate of twelve percent (12%) per annum.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA. that property described as follows, having been
abated of a public nuisance after due and proper notice thereof to the owner(s) of said property. is hereby
assessed the following costs of such abatement, to wit:

LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Commencing at the East v.. corner of Section 13, Township 52 South, Range
29 East, ColDer County, Florida; thence North 68"04'26" West 987.57 feet; said corner being the place of
ending of S-837 as described in Deed Book 42, page 142 and also the place of beginning of a SO foot wide
strip of land for County Roads as described In Deed Book 42, Page 303, of the public records of Collier
County, Florida; thence South 42006' West 37.00 feet; thence North 52014'West 134.40 feet; thence
North (1351' East 97.00 feet to intersection point "C" described in saJd Deed Book 42, page 303; thence
North 88'39' West 612.20 feet; thence South 102J' West 313.0 feet; thence South 8S039' East 28.08 feet;
thence South f'24' West 511.13 feet; thence continuing South J024' West 115.0 feet; thence South 88'>>36'
East 193.0 feet for a place of Beginning; thence continuing South 8lf'36' East 80.0 feet; thence South 10
24' West 115.0 feet; thence North 88036' West 80.0 feet; thence North 1~4' East 115.0 feet to the place of
beginning, subject to a road and utility easement over the Northerly 15 feet and over the Southerly 15
feet, being a part of the North l/2 of the North Y2 of the Southeast v.. of Section 13.
Bearings based on the East line of the Northeast v.. of Section 13 as being North 0102' West.

The Clerk shall (by regular U,S. mail) mail a copy of this Resolution along with the Notice of
Assessment of Lien to the owner(s) of the above-described property. If within twenty (20) days of the date of
mailing that copy. the owner fails to deliver payment in full to Collier County, the Resolution and Notice of
Assessment shall be recorded in the official records of Collier County, and by recording shall constitute a lien
against the above-described real property, and to the extent allowed by law, shall also be a lien upon all other
real and/or personal property owned by the noted property owner(s) in Collier County.
