Since we spoke\, Janice Cafmeyer from our Finance Committee has b een added to our group. We do not expect the meeting to last more than 30 minutes.\n\nWe would like to introduce our community to Mr. McDaniel and to bring him up to date on a proposal which was originally denied by the B oard of Commissioners in October\, 2016. We believe that we have correcte d the defect that was identified at the time. We are actively engaged wit h the Army Corps of Engineers\, with South Florida Water Management Distri ct and with the appropriate Collier County departments working toward gain ing approval in April or May.
