Attachment 1608 SECOND AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT#14-6345 FOR "CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING AND INSPECTION (CEI) SERVICES FOR THE WASTEWATER BASIN PROGRAM" IMPS 305 BASIN THIS AMENDMENT, made and entered into on this 1 \.' day of��C1Q. 2019, by and between AECOM Technical Services, Inc., (the "Consultant") and Board of County Commissioners, Ex-officio the Governing Board of the Collier County Water-Sewer District, a political subdivision of the State of Florida. (the "County" or"Owner'): WHEREAS, on July 7, 2015 (Agenda Item 16.C.6), the County entered into an Professional Services Agreement #14-6345 with Consultant for Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) Services concerning the Wastewater Basin Programs [MPS 305 Basin]; and WHEREAS, on November 15, 2016 (Agenda Item 16.E.8), the County approved First Amendment to the Agreement amending Section 4.2, authorizing the issuance of a Purchase Order for commencement of services and Section 17.9, deleting Schedule C Project Milestone Schedule; and WHEREAS,the parties desire to amend the Agreement to incorporate Attachment II to Schedule B-Basis of Compensation providing for increased hourly rates to be effective upon execution of this Second Amendment for all new work assignments. The new rate schedule is not retroactive and any work to be completed under previous authorizations will utilize the rates previously established Attachment I. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants herein contained. it is agreed by the parties as follows: 1. The parties hereby adopt Schedule B, Attachment II, a copy of which is attached,which schedule shall govern all rates for Projects and work assignments commenced after the date of this Agreement. Schedule B, Attachment I will continue to govern all work for any Projects and work assignments commenced prior to the date of this Agreement. 2.
