EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
COMMISSIONER REQUEST FOR BOARD APPROVAL FOR PAYMENT TO
ATTEND FUNCTION SERVING A VALID PUBLIC PURPOSE
OBJECTIVE: For the Board of County Commissioners to declare a valid public
purpose for a Commissioner to attend function/event and approve payment by
the Clerk.
CONSIDERATIONS: Pursuant to Resolution No. 99-410, the Board of County
Commissioners has determined that attendance at the functions of fraternal,
business, environmental, educational, charitable, social, professional, trade,
homeowners, ethnic, and civic association/organizations serves a valid public
purpose, provided that said functions reasonably relate to Collier County matters.

FAC 2009 GOLF OUTING
This year's Golf Tournament will be held on Tuescay, June 23
at 1:00 p.m. at The Rookery at Marco (3433 Club Center Blvd.,
Naples, FL 34114). This golf course is like nn nrhar, thanks to
the vision of renowned golf course designer Robert. J. Cupp,
Jr. It's where the wild melds harmoniously with the sport.
Pristine fairways undulate through palm and pine forests,
sleepy lagoons and cypress wetlar;ds. The course is a member
of the Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary Program, paying close
attention, to the preservation of the ecological balance by
providing areas where native bird life can thrive. To regis`er for
