TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the Grantee, together with the right to enter
upon said land for the purpose of providing convenient access to a pump station facility
located in an existing easement on Grantor's lands. Grantor and Grantee are used for
singular or plural, as the context requires, The easement granted herein shall constitute
an easement running with the land and shall burden the lands described above.
This Access Easement shall not be deemed to create any rights of access or entry in
favor of the general pub|iu, nor shall it be deemed a public right of way, nor shall it be
interpreted to require the measurement of minimum yards (setbacks) under the Collier
Land Development Code from the easement boundary.
