17B This item requires ex parte disclosure be provided by the Commission
members. Should a hearing be held on this item, all participants are required
to be sworn in. Recommendation to approve An Ordinance amending
Ordinance No. 2009-21, as amended, the Esplanade Golf & Country Club of
Naples Residential Planned Unit Development, and amending Ordinance No.
2004-41, the Collier County Land Development Code, by amending the
appropriate zoning atlas map or maps by changing the zoning classification
of an additional 10± acres of land zoned Rural Agricultural (A) to the
Esplanade Golf & Country Club of Naples Residential Planned Unit
Development (RPUD); by reducing the maximum number of residential
dwelling units from 1233 to 1184 for the RPUD; to modify the Master Plan; to
revise the legal description; to modify development commitments; and by
providing an effective date. The property to be added to the PUD is located
just west of Collier Boulevard, approximately two-thirds of a mile north of
Immokalee Road, in Section 22, Township 48 South, Range 26 East, Collier
County, Florida, with the entire PUD consisting of 1,668.3± acres.
