Roll Call/Attendance: Chairman Erjavec called the meeting to order at 9:18 a.m., roll call was taken and a quorum was established. 2. Addenda to Agenda Addition of Item 5.1 – Twin Eagles South Update 3. Approval of Agenda Mr. Thompson moved to approve the Agenda. Second by Mr. Miller. Carried unanimously 5 – 0. 4. Approval of Minutes: February 15, 2019 Mr. Miller moved to approve the minutes of the February 15, 2019 meeting subject to the following change:  Page 4, Item 9 first line from “… will be held at the Palm Cottage…” to “…will be held at the Naples Historical Society…” Second by Chairman Erjavec . Carried unanimously 5 – 0. Mr. Bell arrived at 9:20 a.m. 5. Old Business 1. Twin Eagles South Mr. Bellows and Mr. McLean reported:  That the supplemental report “Archaeological RE-Assessment of the Twin Eagles South Parcel (Sites CR830, CR831, CR834) Collier County Florida” has been provided by the applicant.  They requested a site visit with Mr. Erjavec to review the new information.  The current request by the applicant includes the action taken by the HAPB to preserve all sites previously identified on the property.  There is proposed construction fencing to provide a buffer of 250 feet from the areas in question.  If there are any subsequent changes in the application regarding the sites, Staff will notify the HAPB. A. Historic Guide Update Staff reported that the guide is ready for print and 10,000 copies will be published for distribution. They have received 3 price quotes in the range of $3,800 to $5,445 and are awaiting two more quotes before making a final decision. The Committee noted it would be beneficial to undertake a periodic review of the guide to determine if any updates are necessary which may streamline timing for the reprinting in the future. B. Update to the Historic & Archaeological Probability Maps Chairman Erjavec reported that the long-term project is ongoing and he is obtaining additional data from various sources and coordinating with Staff on the endeavor. March 15, 2019 3 Mr. Bellows reported that a staff person has been assigned to the project and a determination will be made if a representative from the State is available to assist in the updating. C. Horse Creek Estates Historic Marker Mr. Bellows reported that he is awaiting a response from Ms. Townsend on the matter. D. Interlocal Agreement with City of Marco Island Mr. Bellows reported that he reached out to Dan Smith from the City of Marco Island to discuss entering into the agreement, however he has not heard back. Board discussion occurred on the benefits for the City. Ms. Reed reported that she‘d forward any information she has assembled on the requirements for becoming a Certified Local Government to Staff for informational purposes. 6. New Business None 7. Review of Project and Activity Log The Board reviewed the “Collier County Archeological and Preservation Board Project Activity Tracking Log (Revised 2/7/19).” Staff noted:  That the Rivergrass Village SRA has been added to the list and other such as Hyde Park are expected to follow.  Rivergrass Village was formally Rural Lands West and the applicant has submitted a revised SRA application for a smaller village.  The projects will continue to require individual cultural assessments as they are brought forth.  The Old Marco Inn item will be moved to the completed projects section of the list. Chairman Erjavec moved to add the proposed “Hyde Park” village to the Active Items section of the list. Second by Ms. Reed. Carried unanimously 6 – 0. 9. Public Comment None 9.
