Parchment March 19, 2019 2257 41st Terrace SW Naples, FL 34116 Re: Case CESD20170004459 To whom it may concern: I'm writing this letter to kindly request that any fines accrued in the Code Enforcement case, mentioned above, be waived. i initially attained the services of Enco Group Inc. to assist me in obtaining the required building permit, plans, building inspections, and to provide other supporting permitting documentation for the "unpermitted rooms" in question within the dwelling. Enco Group Inc. mislead me in believing that their firm would cover the entire permitting process, which I later found out was not true. This caused a delay in the process, an inconvenience, and a financial hardship on my behalf. I have recently obtained a certificate of completion on the building permit (PRBD20171249301)for the improvement in question and have fulfilled the County's permitting requirements. As previously mentioned, I am currently undergoing a financial hardship and am unable to pay any fines at this time. I ask that consideration be taken in my case as I have ultimately complied voluntarily. Regards, Victoria R.
