This Temporary Construction Easement is granted for the express purpose of providing Grantee temporary access to, and use of, Grantor's lands as described above, and for the purpose of construction, removal and installation of public improvements and storing material and equipment adjacent thereto. This Temporary Construction Easement shall expire one (1) year from the completion of the construction of the public improvements, or the termination of the contractor's one- year warranty period for the public improvements installed during this project. Grantee shall restore the surface of the Easement Area to substantially the same condition existing prior to the commencement of construction adjacent thereto.
