RESOLUTION NO, 05- 204
A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION
NUMBER 03-223, WHICH APPROVED THE
VANDERBILT PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH AS A
CONDITIONAL USE, TO CORRECT A
SCRIVENER'S ERROR DUE TO AN OMMISSION
IN THE LEGAL DESCRIPTION FOR PARCEL I;
AND BY PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, the Collier County Board of County Commissioners adopted
Resolution Number 03-223, approving the Vanderbilt Presbyterian Church as a
Conditional Use, on June 24,2003, and;
WHEREAS, following said action adopting Resolution Nwnber 03-223, staff
determined that the conditional use resolution docwnent did not contain a complete legal
description of the subject property and therefore constitutes a scrivener's error.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ZONING
APPEALS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA:
Legal Description of Resolution No. 03-223, is hereby amended to correct a
scrivener's error by amending Exhibit "B" to read as follows:
See attached and amended Exhibit "B"
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Resolution be recorded in the minutes of this
Board,
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority vote,
