Bill of Sale
This Bill of Sale, made on July 15,2005, between the Board of County Commissioners of
Collier County, Florida, as the governing body of Collier County, and as the Governing
Board of a non-profit Florida corporation, Collier County Water-Sewer District ("Seller"),
and THE GLADES COUNTRY CLUB APTS. ASSOCIATION, INC. ("Buyer").
Witnesseth, that Seller, in consideration of the sum of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other
good and valuable consideration paid to Seller by Buyer, receipt and sufficiency of which is
hereby acknowledged, delivers, grants, bargains, sells and transfers forever to Buyer the
following goods and chattels, to wit:
All through wall air conditioners, conference room central air conditioning
system, all attached cabinetry and countertops, all lockers, all lighting
fixtures, all bathroom fixtures, all installed fans, all wiring boxes, and all
fencing around the perimeter of the property.
Said property being located at:
See Exhibit "A" attached hereto
and made a part hereof.
Also known as 818 Teryl Road, Naples, FL 34112
This instrument has been executed at the express request of Purchaser and without any
express or implied warranty by Seller as to the condition, quality or fitness for purpose of these
fixtures.
"Seller" and "Buyer" shall be used for singular or plural, natural or artificial, which terms shall
include the heirs, legal representatives, successors and assigns of Seller and Buyer whenever
the context so requires or admits.
