time frame or the BCC's actions are nullified. Be aware of your deadlines!

FIRST AMENDMENT TO
AGREEMENT BETWEEN COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA

This AGREEMENT is made and entered into as of this 11th day of December, 2018, by
and between Collier County, a political subdivision of the State of Florida (the "COUNTY" or
"Grantee") and Housing Development Corporation of SW Florida, Inc. d/b/a HELP ("HELP"),
existing under the laws of the State of Florida("SUBRECIPIENT").
WITNESSETH
WHEREAS, on December 12, 2017, Agenda Item 16.D.16, the County entered into an
Agreement with HELP to administer the State Housing Initiatives Partnership(SHIP)Homebuyer
Education and Counseling Program;
WHEREAS,the Parties desire to amend the Agreement to increase funding for Fiscal Year
2016/2017 by$22,500.00;
WHEREAS, the parties wish to amend the Agreement language in Exhibit "A" as stated
below.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants contained
herein,the parties hereto agree to amend the Agreement as set forth below:
