December 11, 2018, in the Board of County Commissioners meeting room, third floor, Collier Government Center,

County Ordinance. The meeting will commence at 9:00 A.M.. The title of the proposed Ordinance is as follows:
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 93-74 AND ORDNANCE NO. 98-73, AS AMENDED, THE
WINDSONG PUD,TO AMEND THE MASTER PLAN TO RECONFIGURE THE PRESERVE AREA LOCATION
ON THE EAST SIDE OF THE PUD, FOR PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE

WHEREAS, on September 8, 1998, the Board adopted Ordinance No. 98-73, amending

of Agnoli, Barber& Brundage, Inc., has petitioned the Board to amend the PUD.

WHEREAS, on September 8, 1998, the Board adopted Ordinance No. 98-73, amending
the Windsong PUD; and
WHEREAS, Villas at Greenwood Lakes HOA, Inc., represented by Tom Barber, AICP,
of Agnoli, Barber& Brundage, Inc., has petitioned the Board to amend the PUD.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that:
