1. Original document has been signed/initialed for legal sufficiency.(All documents to be KG
signed by the Chairman,with the exception of most letters,must be reviewed and signed
by the Office of the County Attorney. This includes signature pages from ordinances,
resolutions,etc. signed by the County Attorney's Office and signature pages from
contracts,agreements, etc.that have been fully executed by all parties except the BCC
Chairman and Clerk to the Board and possibly State Officials.)
2. All handwritten strike-through and revisions have been initialed by the County Attorney's KG
Office and all other parties except the BCC Chairman and the Clerk to the Board
3. The Chairman's signature line date has been entered as the date of BCC approval of the n/a
document or the fmal negotiated contract date whichever is applicable.
4. "Sign here"tabs are placed on the appropriate pages indicating where the Chairman's KG
signature and initials are required.
5. In most cases(some contracts are an exception),the original document and this routing slip KG
should be provided to the BCC office within 24 hours of BCC approval. Some documents
are time sensitive and require forwarding to Tallahassee within a certain time frame or the
BCC's actions are nullified.Be aware of your deadlines!

Amendment#3
Collier County and UWP,LLC/Pro Watercross Championship
This Amendment,dated„V 1 I 14h , 2018, to the referenced Agreement shall be by
and between the parties to the original Agreement, UWP, LLC/Pro Watercross Championship
("Contractor") and Collier County, Florida, ('Host"),herein referred to as Parties collectively.
Statement of Understanding
RE: "Pro Watercross Championship Agreement"
In order to continue the services provided for in the original Agreement referenced above, the
Parties agree to amend the Agreement as stated herein.
Note: Language deleted has been sough. New language has been underlined.
Section 1 — UWP SHALL PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING SERVICES FOR THE
PRO WATERCROSS WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP AT NO COST TO THE HOST
a. Provide a professionally run watercross racing event from Oetober--27 October 26
through November 5, 20 17 November 4, 2018, or until final completion of the event;
specifically designed to entertain an audience for a minimum of five (5)to six (6)hours each
day.
Section 2-HOST SITE REQUIREMENTS FOR THE EVENT
As consideration for the rights and benefits granted herein and provided that UWP is in
compliance with the terms of this Agreement, the Host shall provide the following at no
additional cost to U WP.
a. Host will allow UWP to use its personal watercrafts on the lake of Sugden Regional Park
free of ch arge for the purpose of tuning starting - - -• e- -- ! • - _-
Wednesday, October 25,2017 Wednesday,October 17 through Wednesday,October 24,2018.
b. Host guarantees the use of the event site, Sugden Regional Park,Naples, Florida, free of

October 17 through Monday,November 5,2018, or the completion of the Event, if later.
c. Host is responsible for overseeing water traffic control through communication with local
marinas,boat patrols, and signage in appropriate locations.
d. Standby ambulance with a minimum of two EMTs for each day throughout the event.
Starting Friday, October 27, 2017 through November 5, 2017 Friday, October 19 through
Sunday, November 4, 2018. Exact times and dates to be determined no later than October 9,

Section 6—Term:
This Agreement Amendment shall become effective upon execution by the Parties Hest and
shall remain in effect for one (1) year. The Agreement may be renewed for one (1) additional
one (1) year term upon mutual written agreement of the Parties and by amending the Agreement
to provide for updated, future event dates and revised obligations of the Parties. This Agreement
may be amended only by written agreement of the Parties executed with the same formalities
as herein expressed. Either Party may terminate this Agreement for convenience with a thirty
(30) day written notice to the other.
All other terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain in force.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,the parties have each, respectively, by an authorized person
or agent,have executed this Amendment on the date(s) indicated below.
