ARTICLE IX POWERS OF TRUSTEE In administering all trusts established hereunder, the Trustees shall have the express powers enumerated herein, together with all other powers conferred by law upon Trustees generally, and may exercise them at any time and from time to time in any valid manner with or without court order, as follows; A.
