WHEREAS, on July 5, 2012, the developers of Bent Creek Preserve and Calusa Pines Golf Club entered into a Developer Contribution Agreement with Collier County in the joint interest of constructing a portion of Woodcrest Drive as recorded in OR Book 4813, Page 3036; and WHEREAS, portions of the Woodcrest Drive right-of-way were conveyed to the County, as recorded in Official Records Book 4842, Page 3226, Official Record Book 4246, Page 1993 and Official Record Book 4287, Page 2137; and WHEREAS, the Growth Management Department on December 12, 2014, granted preliminary acceptance of the improvements within the subject portions of the Woodcrest Drive right-of-way; and WHEREAS, the Developer has constructed and maintained the roadway and drainage improvements in accordance with the approved plans and specifications as required by the Land Development Code (Collier County Ordinance No. 04-41, as amended); and WHEREAS, the Developer is requesting final acceptance of the roadway and drainage improvements; and WHEREAS, the Growth Management Department has inspected the roadway and drainage improvements, and is recommending acceptance of said facilities. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that final acceptance is hereby granted for those roadway and drainage improvements in a portion of the Woodcrest Drive right-of-way, from Immokalee Road, south to the entrance of the Legacy Lakes 0 1 6 A 1 4 (Habitat Woodcrest PUD) development, approximately 3200 linear feet of roadway as described in Official Records Book 4842, Page 3226, Official Record Book 4246, Page 1993 and Official Record Book 4287, Page 2137. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED AND ORDERED that the roadway and drainage improvements within the portion of the Woodcrest Drive right-of-way, as described in Official Records Book 4842, Page 3226, Official Record Book 4246, Page 1993 and Official Record Book 4287, Page 2137, will be maintained by Collier County.
