Pursuant to Section 373.079(7), Florida Statutes, all or part of this meeting may be conducted by

Cypress Basin Board Members.
The Big Cypress Basin Board may take official action at this meeting on any item appearing on
this agenda and on any item that is added to this agenda as a result of a change to the agenda
approved by the presiding officer of the meeting pursuant to Section 120.525, Florida Statutes.
The order of items appearing on the agenda is subject to change during the meeting and is at
the discretion of the presiding officer. Public Comment will be taken after each presentation and
before any Big Cypress Basin Board action(s).

The next Big Cypress Basin Board Meeting will be determined by the
Board at the July 6, 2012 meeting. An option date will be discussed and
approved. The meeting will be scheduled to begin at 8:00 a.m. at the Big
Cypress Basin Service Center in the Stanley Hole Conference Room,
2660 Horseshoe Drive North, Naples, Florida 340104.
Please note that if a person decides to appeal any decision made by the
Board with respect to any matter considered at the above cited meeting or
hearing, it will be necessary to provide a record of the proceedings and,
for such purpose, will need to ensure that a verbatim record of the
proceedings is made by a certified court reporter. Persons with
