Original document has been signed/initialed for legal sufficiency. (All documents to be
signed by the Chairman, with the exception of most letters, must be reviewed and signed
by the Office of the County Attorney. This includes signature pages from ordinances,
resolutions, etc. signed by the County Attorney's Office and signature pages from
contracts, agreements, etc. that have been fully executed by all parties except the BCC
Chairman and Clerk to the Board and possibly State Officials.)

All handwritten strike- through and revisions have been initialed by the County Attorney's
Office and all other parties except the BCC Chairman and the Clerk to the Board

time frame or the BCC's actions are nullified. Be aware of your deadlines!

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That COLLIER COUNTY, whose post office address is
3301 E TAMIAMI TRAIL, NAPLES, FLORIDA 34112, the owner(s) and holder(s) of a certain
Mortgage executed by HILDEBRANDO HERNANDEZ AND GERALDINA GRAS to COLLIER
COUNTY, recorded November 22, 2000 in Official Records Book 2746, Pages 1960, et seq., of the
Public Records of Collier County, Florida, securing a principal sum of $2,500.00 and certain promises
and obligations set forth in said Mortgage, upon the property situated in said State and County described
as follows, to wit:
1121 N. Wilson Blvd, Naples, Florida 34120, more particularly described as the South 180 feet of Tract
132, Golden Gate Estates, Unit 19, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 7, page 78, of the
Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
COLLIER COUNTY hereby acknowledges full payment and satisfaction of said Mortgage, and
surrenders the same as cancelled, and hereby directs the Clerk of said Circuit Court to cancel the same of
record.
