Original document has been signed/initialed for legal sufficiency. (All documents to be signed by the
Chairman, with the exception of most letters, must be reviewed and signed by the Office of the
County Attorney. This includes signature pages from ordinances, resolutions, etc. signed by the
County Attorney's Office and signature pages from contracts, agreements, etc. that have been fully
executed by all parties except the BCC Chairman and Clerk to the Board and possibly State
Officials.
All handwritten strike-through and revisions have been initialed by the County Attorney's Office and
all other arties exce t the BCC Chairman and the Clerk to the Board
The Chairman's signature line date has been entered as the date ofBCC approval of the document or
the final ne otiated contract date whichever is a licable.

In most cases (some contracts are an exception), the original document and this routing slip should be
provided to Sue Filson in the BCC office within 24 hours of BCC approval. Some documents are
time sensitive and require forwarding to Tallahassee within a certain time frame or the BCC's actions

YOUTH HUNT AGREEMENT
This agreement is made and entered into by and between Board of County Commissioners of Collier
County o/b/o Collier County ("Landowner"), and the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission
("Association").
WHEREAS, Landowner and Association have mutual goals of introducing youngsters to the outdoors,
furthering the objectives of Hunter Safety by providing affordable, hands-on experiences, and providing
families the opportunities and privileges associated with hunting.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the performance of the following conditions, Landowner
hereby grants to Association the right to use the premises known as Pepper Ranch ("Premises") to conduct
youth outdoor recreation programs, including sponsorship of supervised hunting. This grant is subject to the
following conditions, which are expressly agreed to by Association and Landowner.
1. Landowner agrees to provide an Association-sponsored activity on the Premises as described at
Attachment A. (YHPF Youth Hunt Announcement Form)
2. Landowner will allow representatives of the Association to enter onto the property to plan, improve and
otherwise make provisions for use under the terms of this Agreement, as long as Landowner is notified in
advance of such activities and gives consent.
3. It is expressly understood by Landowner and the Association that the activities described in Attachment
A are regulated by the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, and that violations of these laws
governing such activities must be brought to the immediate attention of Landowner and Association for review
and action.
4. Association will make no alterations to buildings nor construct any improvements without first having
obtained the consent of the Landowner. Association will not carry away from the Premises any wood, plants,
rocks or other material. Association will promptly report to Landowner any unauthorized use ofthe Premises.
5. Association agrees to indemnify and hold Landowner, its agents, employees and representatives
harmless against any claims of any character of all persons whomsoever which result directly or indirectly from
the activities described in Attachment A. All participants involved in activities described at Attachment A must
sign a waiver and agree to indemnify and hold Association and Landowner, their agents, employees, and
representatives harmless against any claims of any character of all persons whomsoever which result directly or
indirectly from the activities described in Attachment A.
6. Landowner, and anyone authorized by Landowner, may enter and use the premises at any time for any
purpose. Landowner agrees not to conflict or interfere with the activities described in Attachment A and
Association agrees that its activities will not interfere with Landowner's use of the Premises, except as set out in

7. This Agreement, together with Attachment A, constitutes the only agreement between Landowner and
the Association, and supersedes any prior understandings or agreements. No amendment of this Agreement will
be binding unless it is in writing and signed by the Landowner and the Association. Either party may terminate
this Agreement at any time by written notice delivered to the other at the address set out below.
In witness hereof, the undersigned Landowner, and Association, through its representative, execute this
Agreement on the date ofthe last signature.
