EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Recommendation to approve the Satisfaction for a certain Notice of Promise to Pay and
Agreement to Extend Payment of Water and /or Sewer System Impact Fees. Fiscal impact
is $18.50 to record the Satisfaction of Lien.
OBJECTIVE: Acknowledge full payment, and execute the Satisfaction for the Notice of
Promise to Pay and Agreement to Extend Payment of Water and/or Sewer System Impact Fees
( "Satisfaction ").
CONSIDERATIONS: The Board of County Commissioners of Collier County, Florida as
Ex- Officio the Governing Board of the Collier County Water Sewer District, is the owner and
holder of the obligation established by the Notice of Promise to Pay and Agreement to Extend
Payment of Water and /or Sewer System Impact Fees ( "Agreement ").

Full payment and satisfaction of the obligations have been made. The County Attorney's Office
has reviewed and approved the Satisfaction Notice of Promise to Pay and Agreement to Extend
Payment of Water and /or Sewer System Impact Fees
FISCAL IMPACT: Satisfaction of the obligations established by the Agreement has increased
the cash flow in the sewer impact fee (Fund 413) by $2,389.60. The fiscal impact for recording
the Satisfaction is approximately $18.50, which is to be charged to (Fund 408) the County Water/
Sewer Operating Fund Utility Billing cost center. The $18.50 was paid by the owner with the
installments as required by Paragraph 20 of Agreement.
LEGAL CONSIDERATIONS: This item is legally sufficient and requires a majority vote -
JBW.
GROWTH MANAGEMENT IMPACT: There is no Growth Management impact associated
with this item.
RECOMMENDATION: Acknowledge full payment and the satisfaction of the Agreement and
to surrender the same as canceled. Authorize the Chairman to execute the Satisfaction of Notice
of Promise to Pay and Agreement.
