EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Recommendation to approve the Satisfaction of Lien for the 1995 Solid Waste Collection
and Disposal Services Special Assessments where the county has received payment in full
satisfaction of the lien. Fiscal Impact is $20.00 to record the Satisfaction of Lien.
OBJECTIVE: Approve Satisfaction of Lien for the 1995 (account number 23540) Solid Waste
Collection and Disposal Services Special Assessments where the county has received payment in
full satisfaction of the lien.
CONSIDERATIONS:
Resolution No. 2000 -236, adopted by the Board on August 1, 2000, recorded a list of property
owners delinquent in paying the 1995 Solid Waste Collection and Disposal Services Special
Assessments, and authorized mailing a written notice of the imposition of a lien to each property
owner. Resolution No. 2000 -236 was recorded on August 8, 2000, in Official Records Book
2707, Pages 3195 through 3273 of the Official Records of Collier County, Florida. The
Resolution placed a lien on certain residential properties for the 1995 Solid Waste Collection and
Disposal Services Special Assessments.
Collier County Ordinance No. 90 -30, as amended, provides that Satisfactions of Lien shall be
approved by Resolution. The attached Resolution lists one account (account number 23540) that
has paid in full satisfaction of the lien for the 1995 Solid Waste Collection and Disposal Services
Special Assessments.
FISCAL IMPACT: Payment in full for these Claim of Liens increases the cash flow in the
County's Solid Waste Collection and Disposal Services Special Assessments (Fund 473) by
$102.89. The fiscal impact for recording the Satisfaction of Lien and the Resolution is $20.00.
Funds are available in the County Water /Sewef Operating Fund (408).
LEGAL CONSIDERATIONS: This item is legally sufficient and requires a majority vote for
Board action. -JBW
GROWTH MANAGEMENT IMPACT: There is no Growth Management impact associated
with this item.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the Satisfaction of Lien for the 1995 (account number
23540) Solid Waste Collection and Disposal Services Special Assessments and authorize the
Chairman to sign the Resolution.

RESOLUTION NO. 2011- 217
A RESOLUTION APPROVING SATISFACTION OF LIEN
FOR A CERTAIN ACCOUNT THAT HAVE BEEN PAID IN
FULL, INCLUDING INTEREST, ARISING FROM THE
1995 DELINQUENT SOLID WASTE COLLECTION AND
DISPOSAL SERVICES SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Collier County Ordinance No. 90 -30, as amended, the Board
on August 1, 2000, adopted Resolution No. 2000 -236 authorizing the recording of notices of liens
for the Delinquent Solid Waste Collection and Disposal Services Special Assessments for 1995;
and
WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 90 -30, as amended, requires the Board to
approve by Resolution and record in the Official Records Satisfactions of Lien on all accounts
that have been paid in full.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that
Pursuant to Collier County Ordinance No. 90 -30, as amended, the Board recognizes full
payment and receipt of the 1995 Service Year Solid Waste Collection and Disposal Special
Assessments for the account numbered below, whereupon a lien has been recorded on real
property pertaining to: Account Number 23540
The Satisfaction of Lien is hereby approved and the Chairman is hereby authorized to sign
on behalf of the Board and the Clerk is directed to record this Resolution and this Satisfaction of
Lien individually in the official records of Collier County.
This Resolution adopted this 13th day ofDecembcr , 2011, after motion, second and
majority vote.
