office address is 3335 East Tamiami Trail, Suite 101, Naples, Florida 34112, hereinafter
referred -to as "Grantor", to the BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER

the easterly right -of -way line of Goodlette -Frank Road (130 feet wide)
thence North 05 °34'59" West on said easterly right -of -way line for
1,629.32 feet to the Point of Beginning.
From said Point of Beginning continue North 05 °34'59" West on said
easterly right -of -way line for 15.00 feet; thence North 84 °29'56" East
departing said right -of -way line for 56.60 feet; thence

The undersigned, in consideration of the payment of $1.00 and other good and valuable
consideration, the adequacy and receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, grant and give to
Florida Power 8, Light Company, its licensees, agents, successors, and assigns, an easement
forever for the construction, operation and maintenance of overhead and underground electric
utility facilities (including wires, poles, guys, cables, conduits and appurtenant equipment) to be
installed from time to time; with the right to reconstruct, improve, add to, enlarge, change the
voltage, as well as, the size of and remove such facilities or any of them within an easement of
.37 acres more or less, described as follows:
An FP&L Company easement more particularly described on Exhibit "A" attached
hereto and made a part hereof. Said legal description and sketch prepared by
Johnson Engineering.
Together with the right to permit any other person, firm or corporation to attach wires to any
facilities hereunder and lay cable and conduit within the easement and to operate the same for
communications purposes; the right of ingress and egress to said premises at all times; the right
to clear the land and keep it cleared of all trees, undergrowth and other obstructions within the
easement area; to trim and cut and keep trimmed and cut all dead, weak, leaning or
dangerous trees or limbs outside of the easement area which might interfere with or fall upon
the lines or systems of communications or power transmission or distribution; and further grants, to
the fullest extent the undersigned has the power to grant, if at all, the rights hereinabove
granted on the land heretofore described, over, along, under and across the roads, streets or
highways adjoining or through said property.

DESCRIPTION
FLORIDA POWER & LIGHT COMPANY EASEMENT
LYING IN
SECTION 27, TOWNSHIP 48 SOUTH, RANGE 25 EAST
COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
A tract or parcel of land lying in Section 27, Township 48 South, Range 25 East, Collier
County, Florida, which tract or parcel is more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the intersection of the south line of said Section 27 with the
easterly right -of -way line of Goodlette -Frank Road (130 feet wide) thence
North 05 °34'59" West on said easterly right -of -way line for 1,685.69 feet
to the Point of Beginning.
From said Point of Beginning thence continue North 05 °34'59" West on
said easterly right -of -way line for 1,269.09 feet; thence
North 84'18'38" East departing said right -of -way line for 93.13 feet;
thence North 53'38'19" East for 10.39 feet; thence North 76 °45'49" East
for 63.08 feet; thence North 05 °44'04" East for 4.01 feet; thence
South 87 °30'17" East for 15.19 feet; thence South 02 °29'43" West for
13.75 feet; thence North 87'30'17" West for 13.24 feet; thence
South 76 °41'27" West for 60.62 feet; thence South 53 °38'19" West for
10.95 feet; thence South 84'18'38" West for 85.89 feet to an intersection
with a line 10 feet east of (as measured on a perpendicular) and parallel
with said easterly right -of -way line; thence South 05 °34'59" East on said
parallel line for 1,253.54 feet; thence South 63'47'11 " East departing said
parallel line for 42.25 feet; thence South 70 053'46" East for 96.99 feet;
thence North 86 °05'37" East for 7.99 feet; thence South 02 °43'37" East for
10.00 feet; thence South 86 005'37" West for 9.82 feet; thence
North 70 °53'46" West for 99.65 feet; thence North 63'47'11" West for
48.43 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Parcel contains 15,961 square feet (0.37 acres), more or less.
Bearings hereinabove mentioned are based State Plane Coordinates, Florida Zone East,
North American Datum of 1983 (NSRS 2007) wherein the easterly right -of -way line of
