UTILITY EASEMENT
THIS EASEMENT, made and entered into this /.344 day of
uDLe:*ii &K_ , 2011, by COLLIER COUNTY, a Political Subdivision of the State
of Florida, whose mailing address is 3335 Tamiami Trail East, Suite 101, Naples,
Florida, 34112 -5356, (hereinafter referred to as "Grantor"), to the BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS THE GOVERNING BODY
OF COLLIER COUNTY AND AS EX- OFFICIO THE GOVERNING BOARD OF THE
COLLIER COUNTY WATER -SEWER DISTRICT, its successors and assigns, whose
mailing address is 3335 Tamiami Trail East, Suite 101, Naples, Florida 34112,
(hereinafter referred to as "Grantee ").
(Wherever used herein the terms "Grantor" and "Grantee" include all the parties to this instrument
and their respective heirs, legal representatives, successors or assigns.)
WITNESSETH:
Grantor, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable
consideration paid by the Grantee, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby
acknowledged, hereby conveys, grants, bargains and sells unto the Grantee, its
successors and assigns, a perpetual, non - exclusive easement for all irrigation quality
water utility facilities and access purposes, over, under, upon, and across the following
described lands located in Collier County, Florida, to wit:
See attached Exhibit "A" which is
incorporated herein by reference.
Subject to easements, restrictions, and reservations of record.
THIS IS NOT HOMESTEAD PROPERTY.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the Grantee together with the right to
enter upon said land, excavate, and place or remove materials, including, but not
limited to irrigation quality water lines and pipes, electrical panels, and other equipment
or improvements appurtenant thereto or thereunder for the purpose of constructing,
operating, and maintaining irrigation quality water utility facilities thereon. The
easement granted herein shall constitute easements running with the land and shall
burden the lands described hereinabove.
By execution of this instrument, Grantor agrees that any and all pipelines and
other irrigation quality water infrastructure constructed on the property hereinabove
referenced, with the exception of the water meter assembly, its appurtenances, and any
pipelines connecting said assembly with Grantee's water distribution mains, shall
remain the property of the Grantor, and all future maintenance and repair will be the
responsibility of Grantor.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantor has caused these presents to be executed
the date and year first above written.

A tract or parcel of land lying in Section 12, Township 50 South, Range 25 East, Collier County,
Florida, which tract or parcel is more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the southwest corner of Lot 6, Block F of the plat of The Glades Unit
Two, as recorded in Plat Book 10, page 88, public records of Collier County,
Florida, thence South 02 °55'05" East on the west line of said Plat for 10.44 feet;
thence South 87 °04'55" West departing said west line for 30.61 feet; thence
North 02 °55'05" West for 25.10 feet; thence North 87 °04'55" East for 30.61 feet
to an intersection with said west line; thence South 02 055'05" East on said west
line for 14.66 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Parcel contains 768 square feet (0.02 acres), more or less.
Bearings hereinabove mentioned are based on State Plane Coordinates, Florida Zone East,
North American Datum of 83 (NSRS 2007) wherein the west line of Lot 6, Block F, The Glades
