Original document has been signed/initialed for legal sufficiency. (All documents to be
signed by the Chairman, with the exception of most letters, must be reviewed and signed
by the Office of the County Attorney. This includes signature pages from ordinances,
resolutions, etc. signed by the County Attorney's Office and signature pages from
contracts, agreements, etc. that have been fully executed by all parties except the BCC
Chairman and Clerk to the Board and possibly State Officials.)

In most cases (some contracts are an exception), the original document and this routing slip
should be provided to Ian Mitchell in the BCC office within 24 hours of BCC approval.
Some documents are time sensitive and require forwarding to Tallahassee within a certain
time frame or the BCC's actions are nullified. Be aware of your deadlines!

RESOLUTION NO. 11- 210
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA AUTHORIZING FINAL
ACCEPTANCE OF CERTAIN ROADWAY AND DRAINAGE
IMPROVEMENTS IN CLASSIC PLANTATION ESTATES PHASE
FOUR, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN
PLAT BOOK 48, PAGES 99 THROUGH 100 AND RELEASE OF THE
MAINTENANCE SECURITY
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County, Florida, on
November 14, 2006, approved the plat of Classic Plantation Estates Phase Four for recording;
and
WHEREAS, the Developer has constructed and maintained the roadway and drainage
improvements in accordance with the approved plans and specifications as required by the Land
Development Code (Collier County Ordinance No. 04 -41, as amended); and
WHEREAS, the Developer is requesting final acceptance of the roadway and drainage
improvements and release of his maintenance security; and
WHEREAS, the Land Development Services Department has inspected the roadway and
drainage improvements, and is recommending acceptance of said facilities.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that final acceptance is hereby
granted for those roadway and drainage improvements in Classic Plantation Estates Phase Four,
pursuant to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 48, pages 99 through 100, and the Clerk is
hereby authorized to release the maintenance security.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED AND ORDERED that the roadway and drainage
improvements within Classic Plantation Estates Phase Four will be maintained privately in the
future and will not be the responsibility of Collier County.
This Re olution adopted after motion, second and majority vote favoring same, this
