THIS EASEMENT, made and entered into this 134h day of Se.,pfeini9er , 2011, by
COLLIER COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, whose post office
address is 165 Airpark Boulevard, Immokalee, Florida 34142, hereinafter referred to as
"Grantor", to the IMMOKALEE WATER & SEWER DISTRICT, a special district of the State of
Florida, whose post office address is 1020 Sanitation Road, Immokalee, Florida 34142, its
successors and assigns, hereinafter referred to as "Grantee".
WITNESSETH:
Grantor, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable
consideration paid by the Grantee, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby
acknowledged, hereby conveys, grants, bargains and sells unto the Grantee, its
successors and assigns, a perpetual, non-exclusive easement, license, and privilege for
utility purposes, on the following described lands located in Collier County, Florida, to
wit:

incorporated herein by reference.
Subject to easements, restrictions, and reservations of record.
THIS IS NOT HOMESTEAD PROPERTY.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the Grantee together with the right to
enter upon said land, excavate, and place or remove materials for the purpose of
constructing, operating, and maintaining utility facilities thereon. Grantor and Grantee
are used for singular or plural, as the context requires.

THIS BILL OF SALE evidencing.the sale and conveyance of the utility facilities described
herein is made this day of August, 2011, by COLLIER COUNTY, a political subdivision of the
State of Florida (hereinafter referred to as "SELLER "), and the IMMOKALEE WATER & SEWER
DISTRICT, a special district of the State of Florida, its successors and assigns (hereinafter referred
to as "BUYER ").
WITNESSETH:
That said Seller, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other
good and valuable consideration to said Seller in hand paid by the said Buyer, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold, transferred, set over and
delivered, and by these presents does grant, bargain, sell, transfer, set over and deliver unto the
Buyer, and the Buyer's heirs, successors and assigns forever, all those certain water utility facilities
lying within the following described land, together with appurtenant easement right for the
operation, installation and maintenance of said facilities, situate, lying and being in Collier
County, Florida, to -wit:

The Seller, for itself and its successors, hereby covenants to and with the Buyer and its
successors and assigns that it is the lawful owner of the said goods and chattels herein referred
to as utility facilities and described on Exhibit "B" attached; that it has good right, title and
authority to sell same, and that it will warrant and defend the same against the lawful claims
and demands of all persons whosoever. Seller and Buyer are used for singular or plural, as the
context requires.
