Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Collier County Board of County
Commissioners at 9:00 A.M. Tuesday, September 13, 2011 in the Board of County Commissioners
Chambers, Third Floor, County Government Center, 3299 East Tamiami Trail, Naples, Florida, to
consider:
A Resolution of the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County, Florida, closing nine (9) approved
Planned Unit Developments: Arbor Trace, Brittany Bay, Huntington, Ibis Cove, Keystone Place, Little
Hickory Bay, Meadowbrook, Sanders Pines, and Whippoorwill Woods, which have fully completed all or
an independent portion of development pursuant to their development orders and /or have been found
by Collier County to be compliant with their specific developer commitments. The nine PUDs are
located in Collier County, Florida and are listed by their approved name with their locations described
below:
ARBOR TRACE: Located on the west side of Vanderbilt Drive 1/2 mile north of Wiggins Pass Road,

CLOSING NINE (9) APPROVED PLANNED UNIT
DEVELOPMENTS: ARBOR TRACE, BRITTANY BAY,
HUNTINGTON, IBIS COVE, KEYSTONE PLACE, LITTLE
HICKORY BAY, MEADOWBROOK, SANDERS PINES, AND
WHIPPOORWILL WOODS, WHICH HAVE FULLY
COMPLETED ALL OR AN INDEPENDENT PORTION OF
DEVELOPMENT PURSUANT TO THEIR DEVELOPMENT
ORDERS AND/OR HAVE BEEN FOUND BY COLLIER
COUNTY TO BE COMPLIANT WITH THEIR SPECIFIC
DEVELOPER COMMITMENTS.
WHEREAS, the following Planned Unit Development has been "built -out"
pursuant to Section 10.02.13.F.1 of the Collier County Land Development Code or has been
found by County staff and Division Administrators to be in full compliance with the
requirements of 10.02.13.F: Whippoorwill Woods; and
WHEREAS, it is in the mutual interests of the herein named Planned Unit
Developments and Collier County to close out the Planned Unit Developments so that annual
reporting obligations on behalf of the Planned Unit Developments and review of those reports
by the County will become unnecessary upon approval of this Resolution; and
WHEREAS, certain of the herein named Planned Unit Developments have explicitly
complied with each and every developer commitment (Whippoorwill Woods) and the
remaining eight Planned Unit Developments have been reviewed by the County for
compliance with their original commitments after initial review noted potential. incomplete
commitments and have been found by County staff pursuant to 10.02.13.F.5 to be determined
to be no longer necessary and are hereby released by the Board of County Commissioners.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the following Planned
Unit Developments within Collier County are found to be "built -out" and therefore are
deemed "closed out' for purposes of the Land Development Code, Section 10.02.13.F: Arbor
Trace (Ords. 82 -50, 89 -91), Brittany Bay (Ord. 00 -77), Huntington (Ord. 94 -38), Ibis Cove
(Ord. 99 -21), Keystone Place (Ord. 87 -72), Little Hickory Bay (Ord. 79 -65), Meadowbrook
(Ord. 00 -55), Sanders Pines (Ord. 88 -05), and' Whippoorwill Woods (Ord. 98 -64). It is to be
noted that Ibis Cove is built out except as to the non -ALF community facilities portion of the
PUD which shall be allowed to keep the remaining 49,000 square feet for future construction.
All other portions of Ibis, Cove, including all residential, are fully built out.

COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
CLOSING NINE (9) APPROVED PLANNED UNIT
DEVELOPMENTS: ARBOR TRACE, BRITTANY BAY,
HUNTINGTON, IBIS COVE, KEYSTONE PLACE, LITTLE
HICKORY BAY, MEADOWBROOK, SANDERS PINES, AND
WHIPPOORWILL WOODS, WHICH HAVE FULLY
COMPLETED ALL OR AN INDEPENDENT PORTION OF
DEVELOPMENT PURSUANT TO THEIR DEVELOPMENT
ORDERS AND /OR HAVE BEEN FOUND BY COLLIER
COUNTY TO BE COMPLIANT WITH THEIR SPECIFIC
DEVELOPER COMMITMENTS.
WHEREAS, the following Planned Unit Development has been "built -out"
pursuant to Section 10.02.13.F.1 of the Collier County Land Development Code or has been
found by County staff and Division Administrators to be in full compliance with the
requirements of 10.02.13.F: Whippoorwill Woods; and
WHEREAS, it is in the mutual interests of the herein named Planned Unit
Developments and Collier County to close out the Planned Unit Developments so that annual
reporting obligations on behalf of the Planned Unit Developments and review of those reports
by the County will become unnecessary upon approval of this Resolution; and
WHEREAS, certain of the herein named Planned Unit Developments have explicitly
complied with each and every developer commitment (Whippoorwill Woods) and the
remaining eight Planned Unit Developments have been reviewed by the County for
compliance with their original commitments after initial review noted potential incomplete
commitments and have been found by County staff pursuant to 10.02.131.5 to be determined
to be no longer necessary and are hereby released by the Board of County Commissioners.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the following Planned
Unit Developments within Collier County are found to be "built -out" and therefore are
deemed "closed out" for purposes of the Land Development Code, Section 10.02.13.F: Arbor
Trace (Ords. 82 -50, 89 -91), Brittany Bay (Ord. 00 -77), Huntington (Ord. 94 -38), Ibis Cove
(Ord. 99 -21), Keystone Place (Ord. 87 -72), Little Hickory Bay (Ord. 79 -65), Meadowbrook
(Ord. 00 -55), Sanders Pines (Ord. 88 -05), and Whippoorwill Woods (Ord. 98 -64). It is to be
noted that Ibis Cove is built out except as to the non -ALF community facilities portion of the
PUD which shall be allowed to keep the remaining 49,000 square feet for future construction.
All other portions of Ibis, Cove, including all residential, are fully built out.
