AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT
THIS AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT is made and entered into on this 28rµ
day of Tu^tr: , 2011, by and between JOSE E. SOTOLONGO AND EVA R.
SOTOLONGO, husband and wife, whose mailing address is 3680 Gincreek Road,
Goshen, AL 36035 (hereinafter referred to as "Owner "), and COLLIER COUNTY, a
political subdivision of the State of Florida, whose mailing address is 3299 Tamiami Trail
East, c/o the Office of the County Attorney, Suite 800, Naples, Florida 34112
(hereinafter referred to as "Purchaser ").
WHEREAS, Purchaser and Owner entered into an Easement Agreement on
September 28, 2010 (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement "); and
WHEREAS, Purchaser and Owner are desirous of amending Paragraph 4 of the
Agreement to extend the time for Closing of the transaction up to and including July 29,
2011.
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and obligations
provided within the Agreement and other valuable consideration, Paragraph 4 of the
Agreement is hereby amended as follows (additions to the existing language are shown
by underlining; deletions are shown by strikethmughs):
4. Both Owner and County agree that time is of the essence. Therefore,

Except as expressly provided herein, the Agreement between Purchaser and
Owner remains in full force and effect according to the terms and conditions contained
therein, and said terms and conditions are applicable hereto except as expressly
provided otherwise herein.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Amendment to
Agreement on the date first above written.
