Where this CFPUD Ordinance does not provide development standards, then the provisions of the specific sections of the LDC that are otherwise applicable shall apply. A. PLANNING 1. The CFPUD Conceptual Master Plan (Exhibit C) is an illustration of the conceptual development plan. B. ENVIRONMENTAL 1. A minimum of 15% (minimum 1.82 acres) of the existing native vegetation shall be retained on -site in accordance with LDC Section 3.05. C. UTILITIES Water distribution, sewage collection and transmission systems shall be constructed throughout the project by the developer.
