The construction of these sidewalks will provide for the safety of pedestrians and will be an area wide benefit to a targeted population as determined by the income survey conducted by the City of Marco Island. The targeted income range for the area of activity is 80% of AMI the threshold for the low and moderate income designation. Approximately 30 residents living in approximately 14 homes will benefit directly from this project. This funding will cover all costs associated with the construction of these sidewalks including survey, project design, construction management services, culverts, storm management, excavation and preparation, grading, fence removal, sod and landscaping restoration, and contingencies. Collier County Department of Housing and Human Services is funding SEVENTY THOUSAND DOLLARS ($75,00 °O7 SIXTY TWO THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED AND SEVEN DOLLARS AND 74/100 ($62,607.74) with CDBG funds for this sidewalk installation infrastructure project.
