Both Seed to Table Applications (GMPA and PUDZ) are in the very early stages of review, in fact, staff completed its first review on both applications in early April.The County received the initial PUD Rezone (PL20170003766) submittal on March 6, 2018,and staff completed the first review on April 3, 2018 with rejections, and the County received the GMPA submittal on March 6 and completed a first review on April 12 with rejections. Staff(all who had rejection comments) and the applicant met following the first review, a courtesy meeting allowed for all petitions.At that time, Utilities and the Applicant discussed potential changes regarding the involvement of Tract U (Utilities Tract), as noted, in the first Review Comments Letter dated April 4, 2018 for PL20170003766 (Seed to Table PUDZ).
