Collier County Airport Authority is not responsible for damage to or condition of any of Advertiser's advertisements. All advertisements are to be displayed at Advertiser's risks. 9. Collier County Airport Authority reserves the right to revoke this License at any time in its sole discretion by written notice. Should the Authority exercise this right, Licensee will immediately remove its advertising from the premises, and the Authority will issue a pro -rata refund to Licensee of its payment.
