Original document has been signed/initialed for legal sufficiency, (All documents to be
signed by the Chairman, with the exception of most letters, must be reviewed and signed
by the Office of the County Attorney. This includes signature pages from ordinances,
resolutions, etc. signed by the County Attorney's Office and signature pages from
contracts, agreements, etc. that have been fully executed by all parties except the BCC
Chairman and Clerk to the Board and ossibl State Officials.)
All handwritten strike-through and revisions have been initialed by the County Attorney's
Office and all other arties exce t the BCC Chairman and the Clerk to the Board
The Chairman's signature line date has been entered as the date ofBCC approval of the
document or the final ne otiated contract date whichever is a licable.
"Sign here" tabs are placed on the appropriate pages indicating where the Chairman's
si nature and initials are re uired.
In most cases (some contracts are an exception), the original document and this routing slip
should be provided to Ian Mitchell in the BCC office within 24 hours of BCC approval.
Some documents are time sensitive and require forwarding to Tallahassee within a certain
time frame or the BCC's actions are nullified. B aware of our deadlines!

A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
AUTHORIZING FINAL ACCEPTANCE OF CERTAIN
ROADWAY AND DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS IN
VALENCIA PHASE ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT
THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 29, PAGES 21
THROUGH 22; RELEASE OF THE MAINTENANCE
SECURITY; THE ROADWAY AND DRAINAGE
IMPROVEMENTS TO BE MAINTAINED BY THE
ORANGETREE HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC,
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County, Florida, on
September 9, 1997, approved the plat of Valencia Phase One for recording; and
WHEREAS, the Developer has constructed and maintained the roadway and drainage
improvements in accordance with the approved plans and specifications as required by the Land
Development Code (Collier County Ordinance No. 04-41, as amended); and
WHEREAS, the Developer is requesting final acceptance of the roadway and drainage
improvements and release of his maintenance security; and
WHEREAS, the Land Development Services Department has inspected the roadway and
drainage improvements, and is recommending acceptance of said facilities.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that final acceptance is hereby
granted for those roadway and drainage improvements in Valencia Phase One, pursuant to the
plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 29, pages 21 through 22, and the Clerk is hereby authorized to
release the maintenance security.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED AND ORDERED that the roadway and drainage
improvements within Valencia Phase One will be maintained privately in the future and will not
be the responsibility of Collier County.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority vote favoring same, this
