held on this item, all participants are required to be sworn in. Recommendation to approve an
Ordinance of the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County, Florida amending Ordinance
Number 2006-50,the Creekside Commerce Park Commercial Planned Unit Development(CPUD), as
amended, by adding outdoor recreation facilities as a general permitted use; by providing that
wellness centers associated with employees and hotel guests shall not count towards square footage
maximums in the business district and industrial commercial district; by allowing a 169 room hotel on
Tract 6 west of Goodlette Frank Road; by decreasing the allowable square footage in the industrial
commercial district by 6,900 square feet for a total of 709,100 square feet of floor area of
industrial/commerce uses; by decreasing the allowable square footage in the business district by
23,000 square feet to 269,000 square feet including a reduction from 242,000 square feet to 219,000
square feet of office uses; by adding indoor and outdoor recreational facilities as a permitted
accessory use in the business district and industrial commercial district; by adding deviations to allow
any use on Tracts 3 and 6 on the master plan to be eligible for the county's architectural deviation
process and a deviation to permit existing street trees to satisfy the buffer tree requirements for Tract
5. The subject property is located south of Immokalee Road and both east and west of Goodlette
Frank Road in Section 27,Township 48 South, Range 25 East, Collier County, Florida, consisting of 106

Per our conversation - we have some construction going on around our main entrance and it's a bit confusing
getting into our parking lot. It would be best to enter Creekside Blvd. from Goodlette Frank Road—you will see
signs that say "Road Closed" and "Detour" —you can ignore those signs and do not take the detour. Just
continue west on Creekside Blvd. a few hundred feet past the signs and turn left into 1360 then make a quick
right and weave your way thru the parking lot to the guest spots and enter the building where you see the
large circular water fountain.
See attached map and enter our parking lot where you see the red arrow on the map—that's the 1360
entrance.
If you have any questions, please let me know. See you today at 3:30pm

Proposed Easement Vacation

I am writing you on behalf of the Unity Church of Naples,located at 2000 Unity Way,Naples Florida,34112.
I serve as a representative for,and am a Member of,the Unity of Naples Board of Trustees.
At the request of our Senior Minister,Rev Diane Scribner Clevenger and our Operations Manager,Doreen
Zeneski,I am writing you concerning the proposed easement vacation notification letter we received, dated
April 20,2017.
On April 26,2017 I phoned and spoke with Brent Addison,Project Engineer with Q Grady Minor&
Associates,and then subsequently spoke with the Developer of this project to express our"objection and
concerns"to the proposed easement vacation.
The current easement provides access directly to our church property lake(Amelia Lake).We object to its
vacation because our 10acre lake parcel would then become landlocked.We are also concerned because we
want to keep our options open for any potential emergency access requirements that we will need to meet
when and if we build or expand in the future.
We are willing to consider possible optional easement scenarios from the developer.
Any final relocated easement determination,agreement or remedy will be subject to approval by the Unity
of Naples Board of Trustees.
We are,therefore,opposed to this easement being vacated as it would have a detrimental effect to our
property and its value to us and future generations.
