Angela, thanks for your assistance in helping me to schedule am meeting with the Commissioner and my client. As it
turns out, my client will be in town the week of June 19, 2017. Since I know Mondays and Tuesday are consumed with
BCC agenda matters, can we meet on Thursday June 22. We will be happy to meet at the North Naples office is that is
more convenient for the Commissioner. In addition to myself and Rich Yovanovich, my clients who will be attending are
David Archibald, with Erickson Living (Erikson Living owns the Sienna Lakes PUD and is developing it with a CCRC) and
Rev. Fr. Philemon Patitsas, Presiding Priest With St Katherine's Greek Orthodox Church. The purpose of the meeting is to
introduce my clients and bring the Commissioner up-to-date with respect to the proposed project(s). I think 30 minutes
will suffice.
Thank you!

Subject: Items on Tomorrow's Board Meeting Agenda(Re: debris removal, Sable Ridge)
Good morning Angela,
I've noticed the PUD signs up on Orange Blossom while driving to the library. It's on the agenda tomorrow as 9A (Siena
Lakes Commercial Planned Unit Development) and 9B (Companion to A. providing for amendment to
add temporary principal uses for off-site sales, marketing and administration for the Siena Lakes).
With any movement forward on these developments, please keep traffic in mind. Orange Blossom is meant to be 30
MPH, but so often it is driven at higher speeds and can become quite congested as it is sometimes used to avoid Pine
Ridge.
The land is valuable -- Please make smart decisions related to growth and density.
I would also be interested to know if the Commission might revisit raising impact fees to pre-circa-2008 levels.
Lastly, I noted 6A, a request prohibiting the retail sale of dogs and cats. While my pets have all been rescues, I question if
this is necessary and would the prohibition even be enforced.
All the best,
CB

Hello Colleen:
Commissioner Solis asked me to follow up with you regarding the debris removal on Sable Ridge. Your
Solid & Hazardous Waste Mgmt investigator was out to inspect and had conversations with some
landscapers there to educate them about the rules. They will be keeping an eye out to ensure that
voluntary land clearing debris does not end up in our FEMA-supported collections.
Thank you for being an engaged citizen! I hope we might see you at the Coffee with The Commissioner
event next week—there's more information in the newsletter that went out last week, let me know if
you have any other questions.
