Conroy, Conroy & Durant, P.A. who represented the owner of the
property. The email was regarding the signing of the plat when it was
presented to the Board at the March 14, 2017 meeting.

Subject: Gaspar Station Plat
Good morning, Ms. Greco. I'm representing the owner of a property in North Naples which is being
platted. The plat was approved by the County Commission at its March 14th meeting and has been working its
way to the Chairman's office. It is our understanding from the County Attorney that it should reach the
Chairman's office today for signature before going to the clerk for recording. We are really, really, really, really
(yes that much) hoping that the plat can be signed by Ms. Taylor today and sent to the clerk for recording
today. Since the clerk's office is closed tomorrow and it's near a holiday, can you confirm that the Ms. Taylor
is available today to sign the plat once it reaches your office? So I don't sound too crazy, a substantial real
estate closing can't go forward until the plat is recorded and we've been waiting a month for this day. Any
response would be appreciated.
Note: Our office will be closed on Friday,April 14tH
