Mr. Anderson also assured my client that his client will be paying its share of the costs associated with the Cost Sharing Agreement based upon the total units his client is building within its project. These costs include, but are not limited to, future turn lane and utility relocation costs within Vanderbilt Beach Road which the County intends to collect from property owners within the Wolf Creek PUD.
