Please note that, as provided for in the Executive Summary for Item 16D27, December 11, 2012
BCC Meeting,once these two Utility Easements are fully signed,they should be held by Minutes
& Records for the delivery by Real Property Management of a check from the Zoo for the
recording charges. Once the check is delivered, the easements may be recorded with a request
to the Clerk's Office to return the originals to Minutes&Records.
We would appreciate Minutes & Records emailing us a copy or the Official Records Book and
Page information for each easement. Our office will then forward copies to the Zoo's
representatives and the City of Naples.

Naples relating to the Zoo that were approved under Item 16D27 at the December 11,2012 Board of County

As requested by Barry Williams, attached is a Recording Form setting forth the amount due from Naples Zoo for
the recording ($62.50) of the two Utility Easements from Collier County to the City of Naples,together with
minimal documentary stamps due on those easements ($1.40) for a total of$63.90. Please forward the Zoo's
check payable to "Clerk of the Court" in the amount of$63.90 to our office at the address below. We will
deliver the check to the Minutes&Records Clerk who will in turn deliver the easements to the Clerk's Recording
Office for recording and we will provide you with a copy of the receipt and the recorded easements.
