1. Original document has been signed/initialed for legal sufficiency. (All documents to be
signed by the Chairman,with the exception of most letters,must be reviewed and signed
by the Office of the County Attorney. This includes signature pages from ordinances,
resolutions, etc. signed by the County Attorney's Office and signature pages from
contracts,agreements,etc.that have been fully executed by all parties except the BCC
Chairman and Clerk to the Board and possibly State Officials.)
2. All handwritten strike-through and revisions have been initialed by the County Attorney's
Office and all other parties except the BCC Chairman and the Clerk to the Board

A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA AUTHORIZING FINAL
ACCEPTANCE OF CERTAIN ROADWAY AND DRAINAGE
IMPROVEMENTS IN TUSCANY RESERVE, ACCORDING TO THE
PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 39, PAGES 88
THROUGH 95; RELEASE OF THE MAINTENANCE SECURITY;
AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE PLAT DEDICATIONS.
MAINTENANCE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE ROADWAY AND
DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS IS WITH THE TUSCANY RESERVE
COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., THEIR SUCCESSORS OR
ASSIGNS.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County, Florida, on January
28, 2003, approved the plat of Tuscany Reserve for recording; and
WHEREAS, the Developer has constructed and maintained the roadway and drainage
improvements in accordance with the approved plans and specifications as required by the Land
Development Code (Collier County Ordinance No. 04-41, as amended); and
WHEREAS, the Developer is requesting final acceptance of the roadway and drainage
improvements and release of his maintenance security; and
WHEREAS, the Land Development Services Department has inspected the roadway and
drainage improvements, and is recommending acceptance of said facilities.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that: final acceptance is hereby
granted for those roadway and drainage improvements in Tuscany Reserve, pursuant to the plat
thereof, recorded in Plat Book 39, Pages 88 through 95, and the Clerk is hereby authorized to
release the maintenance security.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED AND ORDERED that the roadway and drainage
improvements within Tuscany Reserve will be maintained privately in the future and will not be
the responsibility of Collier County.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority vote favoring same, this
